Lead Analyst, Product Compliance

What you'll do

• Lead comprehensive risk assessments for Circle’s Payments Network and digital asset payment flows.
• Define and validate control requirements to ensure regulatory alignment in product development.
• Develop proactive compliance solutions by identifying early-stage regulatory and operational needs.
• Coordinate readiness across teams for new market entries and enhancements to existing payment systems.
• Monitor global regulatory developments and assess their impact on Circle’s liquidity and settlement activities.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years experience in fintech, crypto, or payments compliance, including 3 years in product compliance
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and global financial regulatory requirements for payment networks and stablecoins
• Experience assessing operational risks and controls in payment platforms and managed payments products
• Deep understanding of virtual assets, blockchain technology, and regulated digital asset payment models
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Risk teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or risk management required
