What you'll do

  • Provide second-level governance and resolve complex escalations for FLAIR MyTickets submissions.
  • Validate and triage service-impacting issues affecting Mass Markets customers, coordinating with network operations partners.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to identify process gaps and training opportunities for repeat or systemic issues.
  • Develop operational insights and reporting using analytics platforms like PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Network Operations, Credit, Fraud, and Operations teams to resolve complex escalations.
  • Maintain escalation governance standards and contribute to knowledge artifacts, SOPs, and guidance documentation.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in a large corporate environment
  • Experience validating and resolving complex escalations in technical operations
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis for repeat issues and identify process gaps
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration with technology, network, and credit teams
  • Background in Agile methodology or structured project-based operational support
  • Familiarity with AT&T Mass Markets systems and provisioning platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
