Vendor Strategy & Performance Lead, Design & Construction

What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive vendor strategies for global construction projects.
• Build and maintain a preferred vendor list by geography and project type.
• Establish repeatable pre-qualification processes for construction vendors.
• Create clear scopes of work to improve bid quality and set expectations.
• Track vendor performance using KPIs and provide executive-ready reports.
• Support RFP engagements for major or strategically important vendor categories.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle and vendor roles.
• Ability to evaluate vendor capabilities and proposals with practical judgment.
• Excellent written communication skills for scopes of work, recommendations, etc.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with multiple departments and vendors.
• Capacity to build processes while avoiding over-processing in fast-moving projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for project and vendor-related activities.
