Vendor Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate and document vendor onboarding activities including system access setup.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, addresses, purchase orders, and contact information for vendors.
• Track compliance documentation to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Compile supplier performance data and prepare documentation for reviews.
• Process routine work orders and manage Corrigo dashboards for request filtering.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in Facility or Property Administration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask independently.
• Superior customer service orientation with professionalism under stress.
• Experience working in a data center/critical facility preferred.
• Proficiency in Corrigo, Zendesk, and ServiceNow systems beneficial.
