What you'll do

Build advanced analytics and AI/ML models using LLMs and agentic AI.
Perform data retrieval, cleaning, modeling, and accuracy evaluation for complex datasets.
Translate disparate data points into objective answers to advise clients on informed decisions.
Develop algorithms and systems while providing technical leadership to teammates.
Create visual, written, and verbal narratives from complex technical findings.
Visualize complex data concepts for non-technical leadership to highlight system risks.
Execute Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV) procedures for AI systems.
Evaluate AI system performance, robustness, and fairness in accordance with applicable standards.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
5+ years of experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including LLMs, agentic AI, data retrieval, cleaning, and visualization.
Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership while highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques like mathematics, statistics, AI, machine learning, or data engineering.
12+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, AI, machine learning, or data engineering in lieu of a degree.
Experience reviewing technical documentation for compliance, executing TEVV procedures, or evaluating AI performance and fairness (preferred).
