Staff Technical Program Manager, Growth

What you'll do

• Run the experiment portfolio including velocity reporting, collision checks, launch tracking, and quality.
• Drive feature programs for global expansion and Slackbot-infused initiatives to improve onboarding and invites.
• Own quarterly and monthly planning exercises, including executive reviews and roadmap alignment across teams.
• Translate high-level goals into logical projects and develop operational strategies, tools, and processes.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and communication artifacts to ensure accurate information sharing.
• Track end-to-end projects against committed dates and release schedules while proactively managing risks.
• Design and implement automated mechanisms like AI-assisted tracking and risk reporting to scale operations.
• Represent Product and Engineering as a subject matter expert in cross-functional conversations regarding software architecture.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience across Technical Program Management, engineering, and/or growth roles.
• Experience leading end-to-end technical programs within dynamic product or engineering organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical technical experience.
• Applied experience with Agile and Lean product development practices.
• Sufficient technical grounding to converse credibly with engineers, scope technical projects, and identify architectural risks.
• Proven ability to use quantitative metrics and signals to prioritize work, measure impact, and assess risk.
• Experience leading complex programs that bring together multi-disciplinary teams with differing workflows and competing priorities.
• Direct experience supporting enterprise deals, including executive briefings and customer-facing communication.
