What you'll do

Act as the primary interface between internal programs and government customers for systems integration.
Develop Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) artifacts to serve as contractual deliverables and technical guides.
Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts to document platform knowledge in autonomy, simulation, and perception.
Participate in the development and implementation of the company's Digital and Systems Engineering strategy.
Perform requirements elicitation and management for complex defense and space systems.
Conduct requirements-based testing to ensure mission system integrity.
Develop technical diagrams including activity, use case, and parametric diagrams using tools like Cameo MagicDraw.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, computer science, or a similar engineering or technical field.
12+ years of experience in Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle.
Experience with requirements analysis, system design, and integration for complex systems like DoD weapon or space systems.
Proficiency with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, or similar modeling frameworks.
Experience developing Model Based Systems Engineering artifacts using tools like Cameo MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or SparxEA.
Experience with Digital Engineering workflows and Integrated Modeling Environments such as Teamwork Cloud.
Must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance and be eligible for a Top Secret clearance.
Strong communication skills to present technical artifacts to internal stakeholders and government customers.
