What you'll do
- Define testability requirements and acceptance criteria for ONNX Runtime QNN-EP, ExecuTorch HTP backend, and LiteRT delegate.
- Develop automated test content targeting subsystem boundary for op and feature coverage, numerical accuracy, and model-level functional correctness.
- Validate on-device behavior using hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) infrastructure on Snapdragon SoCs under real hardware conditions.
- Triage failures across the delegate stack from ML framework to QNN runtime and drive resolution with development owners.
- Define handoff criteria from subsystem integration test (SSIT) to QA and system integration test (SIT), ensuring clear feature readiness.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's + 8 years or Master's + 6 years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Strong Python skills with hands-on experience building automated test frameworks using PyTest or equivalent tools.
- Proficient in C/C++ for reading and debugging software issues at the source level.
- Subsystem or integration testing experience within a hardware/software product development cycle.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and integrating test automation into build pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills to isolate failures across multi-layer software stacks.
