What you'll do

Define testability requirements, acceptance criteria, and subsystem test plans for the Delegates portfolio during feature inception.
Develop and maintain automated Python/PyTest test suites to validate numerical accuracy and functional correctness on Snapdragon SoCs.
Integrate automated test gates into the CI pipeline to ensure quality at every code change.
Triage failures and isolate root causes across the ML framework, runtime, and hardware layers.
Act as the primary technical liaison between development teams and QA/SIT to coordinate feature handoffs.
Use AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows to accelerate test content generation and failure triage.
Mentor other engineers on test coverage standards, triage discipline, and documentation requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, Master's plus 6 years, or PhD plus 4 years in a relevant engineering field.
Strong Python skills with proven experience building automated test frameworks like PyTest.
C/C++ reading proficiency sufficient to debug delegate and runtime issues at the source level.
Experience in subsystem or integration testing within hardware/software product development cycles.
Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions for integrating test automation.
Strong analytical skills to isolate failures across multi-layer software stacks.
Familiarity with ML inference frameworks including ONNX Runtime, ExecuTorch, and TFLite/LiteRT.
Experience with Qualcomm QNN, HTP/DSP, or Snapdragon SoC-based on-device validation.
