What you'll do

Architect, design, and develop high-performing RESTful API endpoints for the engagement platform.
Build responsive, user-centric web applications in collaboration with front-end engineers.
Define robust data models and manage relational or NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application architecture, configuration, and maintenance.
Provide accurate task estimations and delivery timelines to support sprint planning and execution.
Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve production issues and ensure system uptime.
Mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

8+ years of professional experience working with medium/large complex code bases.
Experience in Full Stack development.
Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Go, or Python.
Experience in REST API design and implementation.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, the JavaScript ecosystem, and familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, Ember, Jest, Babel, and TypeScript.
Knowledgeable in UI/UX design principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least three years of proven experience in lieu of a degree (preferred).
Experience with database management, cloud technologies (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
