What you'll do

Architect, design, and develop high-performing RESTful API endpoints for scalability and maintainability.
Build dynamic, responsive web applications in collaboration with front-end engineers to ensure seamless user experiences.
Define robust data models and manage relational or NoSQL databases with a focus on performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application architecture, design, configuration, and maintenance.
Provide accurate task estimations and delivery timelines to support effective sprint planning and execution.
Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve production issues and ensure system uptime.
Mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

8+ years of professional experience working with medium or large complex code bases.
Experience in full stack development including front-end and back-end systems.
Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Go, or Python.
Expertise in REST API design, implementation, and management of relational or NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Ember, Jest, Babel, and TypeScript.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or three years of equivalent experience.
