Staff Software Engineer, Core AI Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Build production-grade distributed systems including serving infrastructure, data pipelines, and deployment orchestration.
• Design clean APIs, abstractions, and developer-facing tooling to drive platform adoption.
• Build full-stack applications for internal AI products using Go or Python.
• Own the reliability, automation, observability, and security of critical AI infrastructure at scale.
• Establish architectural patterns and engineering standards to improve code quality and operational excellence.
• Manage and troubleshoot containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Automate and support cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience automating and supporting cloud infrastructure (AWS) and network environments.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
• Proven experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language including Python, Bash, Ruby, or Go.
• Proficiency in version control workflows using Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven history of designing reusable infrastructure, APIs, and abstractions adopted by multiple teams across an engineering organization.
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency.
