What we're looking for
7-12 years of professional software engineering experience including hands-on delivery of complex production systems and technical leadership.

Advanced system design skills in domain-driven design, microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, data stores, and integrations.
Strong discipline in testing, error handling, observability, performance, security, and maintainable delivery.
Ability to influence without authority, communicate architecture clearly, and mentor engineers through reviews and coaching.
