What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable software systems from inception to completion.
Own multiple product features end-to-end, including technical decision-making and long-term maintenance.
Write clean code for web applications while building reusable libraries and components for future use.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for production systems.
Manage on-call rotations to triage and resolve critical system disruptions and infrastructure issues.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training and support to internal teams.
Lead the adoption of AI-driven engineering practices and large-scale code modernization workflows.
Champion an API-first approach to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and security across all projects.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 8 years of software development experience or 6 years with an advanced degree.
Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages like Java or C# as a full stack developer.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), HTML, and CSS.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including data structure design and caching strategies.
Advanced experience in REST API best practices and developing tests including unit, UI automation, and integration tests.
Experience building and deploying applications for Cloud Native Infrastructure using Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry.
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve production system issues.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for full-time employment.
Master’s degree in engineering or technology (preferred).
Experience with SaaS offerings in the technology or financial industries (preferred).
Experience building applications on AWS using Kubernetes (preferred).
Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks like Flutter (preferred).
