What you'll do

Translate ambiguous product and business needs into technical strategies and measurable delivery plans.
Design and document scalable system architectures, microservices, and secure data contracts.
Write and review production-ready code using TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or Go.
Design secure third-party integrations for authentication, privacy, and data mapping.
Build high-performance systems using observability, capacity planning, and graceful degradation patterns.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and hands-on technical coaching.
Lead incident response and root-cause analysis to drive operational readiness and prevention.

What we're looking for

Must have a minimum of 8 years of related experience or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
Must have experience delivering complex production software and leading technical direction across teams or domains.
Must have deep proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, Python, Go, or similar languages for full-stack applications.
Must have advanced system design skills in domain-driven design, microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and data stores.
Must be able to influence without authority, communicate architecture clearly, and mentor engineers through reviews and coaching.
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, digital banking, payments, or regulated technology environments (preferred).
