What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality scalable software systems from inception to completion.
Write clean code to develop functional web applications using Java, C#, React, or Angular.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for production environments.
Manage infrastructure configurations, monitor system health, and participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical disruptions.
Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews to ensure high development standards and accurate planning.
Champion an API-first approach while managing modern technologies to improve legacy applications.
Lead the adoption of AI-driven engineering practices for code modernization and agentic workflows.
Build reusable code libraries and develop comprehensive test suites including unit, integration, and UI automation tests.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 8 years of related experience or 6 years with an advanced degree.
Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages like Java or C# as a full stack developer.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), HTML, and CSS.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including data structure design and caching strategies.
Advanced experience in REST API best practices and developing advanced test suites including unit, UI automation, and integration tests.
Experience deploying applications for Cloud Native Infrastructure using Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry.
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Master’s degree in engineering or technology (preferred); experience with SaaS in finance/tech (preferred); experience with Flutter (preferred).
