You must be a strong engineer in Java, Go, or a similar language with expertise in concurrency and distributed systems.
You must have strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, storage, and JVM-based systems to reason about performance and failure modes.
You must have experience leading high-impact, cross-team initiatives and influencing technical direction across an organization.
You must have proficiency in using AI coding tools in the full software development lifecycle (preferred).
You should have experience with object-store-backed streaming architectures, Kafka open-source contributions, or multi-region streaming platform design (preferred).
