What we're looking for

Ability to write clear technical proposals and RFCs to drive engineering alignment through written documents and verbal discussions.
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, reliability engineering, or incident management at a large-scale technology company (preferred).
Experience in platform or infrastructure engineering, including compute platforms, software networking, online storage, developer platforms, or observability (preferred).
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical projects or teams while remaining hands-on with software engineering and technical implementation (preferred).
