What we're looking for

Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, REST, SOAP, and HTML.
Strong Python skills and hands-on experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven functionalities integrated with ServiceNow.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MCP servers.
Relevant certifications such as Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA), Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable.
