7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Operations, Technical Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting security, infrastructure, engineering, or enterprise technology organizations.
Demonstrated expertise developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and business performance reporting.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs and organizational initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and present to executive leadership.
Experience facilitating operational reviews, strategic planning activities, and business governance processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA) and relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, PMP, or Security+ are preferred.
