Senior Staff Security Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop new hardware and software security features for products.
• Maintain product security throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Perform advanced security assessments and evaluations of company products.
• Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments to identify design flaws.
• Perform threat analysis to find potential implementation vulnerabilities.
• Design highly critical security architectures and solutions for subsystems.
• Lead cross-organizational teams to implement security architectures and solutions.
• Influence product architecture and features based on technical expertise.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 6+ years of Security Engineering experience, or a Master's with 5+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Advanced security knowledge to perform vulnerability assessments, risk assessments, and threat analysis.
• Experience developing hardware and software security features across the product lifecycle.
• Ability to design critical security architectures and lead cross-functional teams for implementation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information and influence product architecture.
• Advanced problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills to manage multi-step tasks.
• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of Security Engineering experience (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or System Verilog (preferred).
