Staff Salesforce Architect

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end architecture for Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue Clouds including CPQ migrations.
• Develop and deploy complex solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of Agentforce and AI-powered automation workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations with critical systems like Ironclad, Snowflake, and other GTM tools.
• Execute hands-on security hardening including session management, data classification, and remediation of code scan findings.
• Manage the technical backlog by translating stakeholder needs into scoped engineering work.
• Oversee release management processes including CI/CD tooling, sandbox strategy, and source code control.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce engineering best practices and declarative-first design principles.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of Salesforce technical experience including development, configuration, and architecture.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience specifically in an architectural capacity making high-level design decisions.
• Requires deep hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Requires a strong CPQ background or direct experience with Revenue Cloud.
• Proficiency is required in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform events.
• Must have direct experience leading or contributing to Salesforce security hardening efforts.
• Proven ability to conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices on a platform team.
• Experience building integrations with external systems such as CLM, ERP, or data platforms is required.
