Staff Product Marketing Manager, Security

What you'll do

• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for Okta’s foundational access technologies.
• Create technical content and product demonstrations to showcase security value to buyers.
• Craft messaging and positioning for core identity technologies, highlighting competitive differentiation.
• Develop strategy for securing AI-driven environments and managing AI agents as identities.
• Build technical buyer-focused assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Okta at security events and engage with analysts to enhance industry presence.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity management as a product marketer or manager.
• Hands-on technical proficiency supporting technical evaluations and configuring/demonstrating products to buyers.
• Proven ability to transform complex technology into compelling, business-focused stories.
• Strategic understanding of how foundational identity signals integrate with broader security outcomes.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with diverse priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in modern identity protocols and securing hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises).
• CS degree or strong technical background in systems architecture/engineering preferred.
