What you'll do

Lead the development and ownership of complex product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Use data-driven insights and analytics to guide product decisions and optimize feature performance.
Identify customer needs and map journeys to implement scalable, customer-centric processes.
Mentor and coach team members on product management best practices and roadmap development.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, including MVP creation and go-to-market strategies.
Influence resource allocation and secure stakeholder alignment for key product initiatives.
Promote the adoption of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive product innovation.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management.
Option 2: 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management in complex environments.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including analytics tools and insight extraction.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, MVP creation, and modern product development practices.
Knowledge of ecommerce, retail, or supply chain and data science for inventory optimization.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager (preferred).
