Staff Product Manager, Okta Identity Governance

What you'll do

• Engage with customers to identify pain points regarding governance, compliance, and access management.
• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for the Okta Identity Governance platform.
• Set the product strategy and vision while evangelizing it to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize product roadmap features to ensure the successful execution of the product vision.
• Lead a scrum team of engineers to deliver high-quality features within communicated timelines.
• Act as a thought leader by monitoring the latest innovations and the competitive landscape.
• Partner with Product Marketing to articulate Okta's differentiation against market alternatives.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or IaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or an MBA.
• Experience developing and executing phased roadmaps for complex or abstract projects.
• Ability to lead a scrum team of engineers to deliver high-quality features on communicated timelines.
• Familiarity with Okta technology for Identity Governance and Access Management (preferred).
• Practical knowledge of identity governance concepts like RBAC, SCIM, and SAML (preferred).
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape including SailPoint, Saviynt, and Microsoft Entra ID (preferred).
• Ability to work in a local office two days a week and attend in-person orientation in San Francisco or Chicago.
