What you'll do

Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Intuit Account lifecycle from onboarding to management.
Identify critical customer requirements and define product end states to design optimal user experiences.
Work with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable identity services.
Use a data-driven approach to define success metrics, prioritize requirements, and communicate progress.
Drive the product roadmap and execution from MVP to large-scale production.
Manage project execution by coordinating dependencies across multiple teams and services.
Conduct direct research with end-users to identify pain points and gather insights for problem-solving.
Represent the team in internal meetings, customer events, and partner presentations.

What we're looking for

BS or technical degree required or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience designing and delivering platform products in a Product Management role.
Experience with identity systems or large-scale enterprise applications.
Previous experience managing and coaching a team.
Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development, including reading code and participating in architecture discussions.
Proven success using a data-driven approach to define metrics and deliver business results.
Proficiency in program and project management across multiple teams.
Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders from small teams to executives.
