Staff Product Manager, Claims Experience

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a product strategy and roadmap for the claims experience focusing on operational efficiency.
• Lead complex software migrations and platform evolutions to build a scalable foundation for claims operations.
• Design tools that reduce manual overhead and improve capacity for internal teams like claims, finance, and actuarial.
• Integrate AI and automation across the product lifecycle to streamline core tasks and scale workflows.
• Create detailed use cases, requirements, and documentation to communicate feature trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to define success metrics and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Manage complex projects involving multiple teams and systems to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.

What we're looking for

• You must have at least 7 years of experience building and shipping software products in SaaS, fintech, or related domains.
• You must have a proven track record of taking products from zero to meaningful customer benefit by defining problems and validating solutions.
• You must have experience leading migrations or transformations for claims platforms, workflow tools, or other critical enterprise systems.
• You must possess a strong customer experience sense to balance internal workflows with end-customer impacts.
• You must be able to use AI tools as part of your daily product work.
• You must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• You must demonstrate the ability to make data-informed decisions using both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• You must be able to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing dependencies across multiple teams.
