Staff Product Manager, Automotive Software (ADAS/Flex)

What you'll do

• Define and own the long-term product roadmap for global ADAS and Infotainment software solutions.
• Translate customer requirements and market dynamics into specific feature requests and technical requirements.
• Lead engineering discussions on BSP, OS, middleware, and AI/ML processing with deep technical expertise.
• Develop product goals for features, performance, cost, and timelines while performing feasibility analyses.
• Manage the product management team and drive cross-functional decision-making across hardware, software, and marketing.
• Conduct complex market analyses to identify gaps and determine the impact on the software portfolio.
• Deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers and internal stakeholders to secure buy-in.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and ROI for specific products throughout their entire lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
• 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience (preferred).
• 8+ years of Automotive SW dev/management experience, including requirements and systems (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience leading and delivering ADAS/AD Software stack products (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience leading SW/Systems architecture for ADAS/Infotainment systems (preferred).
• Experience handling budgets and negotiating 3rd party business contracts in large organizations (preferred).
• Deep expertise in ADAS software development, Linux, QNX, BSP, and Automotive SW stacks.
