What you'll do

Develop model-driven analyses and create the underlying models using the scientific method.

Produce clear, compelling analytical artifacts with actionable conclusions for internal teams and external customers.
Quantify how Anduril technology delivers mission success through data-driven reports during demonstration events.
Translate complex technical findings into concise summaries for diverse audiences in written, visual, and spoken formats.
Execute full operations analysis studies from initial problem definition through to final report generation.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field (or equivalent advanced academic experience like an MS or PhD).
Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
5+ years of hands-on AFSIM scripting experience.
Proficiency in modeling and scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, or Simulink.
Demonstrated experience in Platform MS&A (aero, fuel, signature) and Payload MS&A (radar, EOIR, communications, or weapons).
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical findings into written and spoken forms for diverse audiences.
Working knowledge of domains such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Long Range Fires.
