Senior Staff NPI Quality Engineer, DataCenter

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end product quality from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing.
• Drive risk mitigation, lessons learned, and CAPA actions during the development cycle.
• Develop and execute AQL sampling plans to manage supplier quality performance.
• Lead excursion escalation management and the disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Oversee supplier qualification, process controls, and continuous improvement actions.
• Provide technical guidance on manufacturing sensitivities such as ESD, MSL, and SMT.
• Lead task forces and CPI initiatives to drive corrective actions and prevention.
• Drive PRB/CCB reviews, gate readiness, and formal risk assessments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering experience.
• Master's degree in a related engineering field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering experience.
• PhD in a related engineering field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience.
• Experience in Quality or Engineering functions within the PC, PCIe, CCA, Semiconductor, or Cloud Data Center industries (preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of quality tools, statistics, and problem-solving techniques (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize and articulate information persuasively.
• High-level understanding of PC systems, including components like RF Transceivers, Power Management, and Codecs.
• Fab and SAT hands-on experience and ASQ certification (preferred).
