JOB TITLE: Staff Mission Systems Engineer, Electronic Warfare, Air Dominance & Strike, Active Clearance The Air Dominance and Strike mission systems team is seeking a Senior Mission Systems Engineer to develop end-to-end mission-ized autonomous air systems. In this role, you will own how Group 5 autonomous platforms sense, characterize, and act on the electromagnetic spectrum. You will define electronic warfare capabilities, own the electronic support chain, and validate electronic attack employment. Key responsibilities include running EW link budgets, building threat-emulation environments, and integrating payloads within power and SWaP constraints. You will utilize Python, Bash, and MATLAB to develop test scripts and perform signal analysis. The role requires deep expertise in algorithms for pulse deinterleaving, emitter classification, and direction finding to solve complex problems regarding threat laydowns, geometry, and range envelopes in contested environments.
