What we're looking for
Must have 12+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, space systems, aviation, or defense industries.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Deep knowledge of high-reliability electronics standards including IPC-610/620 Class 3 and NASA-STD-8739 series.
Expert understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and box-level assembly for complex systems.
Experience implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP/MRP workflows like SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
Proficiency in root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone), PFMEA, and CAPA process management.
Ability to design or specify custom tooling, fixtures, and test equipment using CAD/3D modeling capabilities.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
