Staff Product Manager, AI

What you'll do

• Own the product direction, strategy, and roadmap for a specific Finance Admin AI agent.
• Translate complex, company-specific finance workflows into reliable agent behaviors for production.
• Define "good judgment" for AI agents by building evals, prompting approaches, and feedback loops.
• Prototype and iterate on agent behaviors by analyzing transcripts, traces, and real-world data.
• Determine the appropriate balance between agent recommendations and autonomous actions to build customer trust.
• Conduct direct research with finance admins at real companies to drive product iterations based on actual usage.
• Set and defend high quality standards for AI agents operating in trust-critical financial contexts.

What we're looking for

• You are an experienced product manager with a track record of owning complex, user-facing products end-to-end.
• You have shipped software to company admin personas such as finance, accounting, HR, payroll, IT, or compliance.
• You have experience building products sold to other companies rather than internal systems.
• You possess depth in company workflows or data reporting and a genuine interest in the other.
• You have technical depth in systems without a single correct answer, such as AI/ML, search, or fraud detection.
• You have experience working with ambiguity and can pull signal out of noise to make intuitive bets.
• You have strong product taste and judgment regarding what is worth shipping to customers.
• You have hands-on depth in prompting or eval design; familiarity with fintech, expense management, or accounting workflows (preferred).
