Staff IT Cloud Engineer

What you'll do

• Define and evolve enterprise cloud platform strategies across OCI, AWS, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Architect complex cloud networking solutions including VPC/VCN design, hybrid connectivity, and secure communication patterns.
• Design and implement "secure-by-default" architectures featuring IAM, encryption, and zero-trust principles.
• Establish and enforce cloud governance standards for resource lifecycle management, tagging, and compliance.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate multi-environment deployments.
• Build CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins for automated infrastructure delivery.
• Manage and support containerized workloads across Kubernetes environments such as EKS and OKE.
• Drive observability, FinOps practices, and cost optimization initiatives across all cloud platforms.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture is required.
• 14+ years of equivalent practical experience is an acceptable substitute for the degree requirement.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale cloud environments in AWS, OCI, Azure, or similar platforms is required.
• Advanced Terraform expertise including reusable module strategy, remote state management, and infrastructure automation is required.
• Strong CI/CD fundamentals using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, or other enterprise tooling are required.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container platforms such as EKS, OKE, or AKS is required.
• Proficiency in cloud networking, security architecture, FinOps, and observability practices is required.
