What you'll do

Define and drive the technical vision for the web platform ecosystem including design systems and authenticated servicing.
Lead architectural decisions for large-scale platform integrations and migrations to ensure long-term system health.
Establish AI-native development standards, including agentic tooling and machine-consumable architecture for web platforms.
Improve developer experience and platform NPS across hundreds of enterprise-wide inner source contributors.
Serve as a technical authority on non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and operability.
Mentor and coach the engineering community to strengthen their technical expertise and knowledge.
Create technical content including code samples and blog posts to share knowledge internally and externally.
Translate complex problems into practical, operational solutions that align with business priorities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in Enterprise architecture and design patterns on front end technologies, Angular, or React.
At least 7 years of Software engineering experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Cloud computing.
10+ years of professional experience coding in languages like Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Swift.
10+ years of professional experience in the full lifecycle of system development from conception through production support.
Deep expertise in modern web frameworks, design systems, web performance, and accessibility.
Familiarity with AI-native development patterns, agentic tooling, or ML-assisted software delivery.
