What you'll do

  • Evangelize a technical vision for system-driven execution and autonomous operations.
  • Architect high-scale, reusable capabilities for consistent cross-domain execution.
  • Lead the transition from application-centric to capability-based platform delivery.
  • Establish and enforce standards for engineering excellence in reliability and scalability.
  • Partner with Product teams to translate business intent into scalable system logic.
  • Eliminate duplication by enforcing a "build once, scale everywhere" architecture.
  • Ensure non-functional architecture meets extreme resiliency and enterprise-grade requirements.

What we're looking for

  • At least 7 years of experience in designing and building distributed AI and ML systems.
  • Over 8 years of hands-on experience with public or private cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Extensive background in software engineering, platform engineering, or architecture (10+ years).
  • Proven track record of partnering across product, engineering, and platform teams to deliver cross-domain solutions.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and enforcing standards for engineering and operational excellence.
