What you'll do

Define and drive the technical vision for the enterprise web platform ecosystem.
Lead architectural decisions for large-scale platform integrations and migrations.
Establish AI-native development standards, including agentic tooling and machine-consumable architectures.
Decompose complex problems into practical, operational solutions with high-quality technical designs.
Serve as an authoritative expert on non-functional characteristics like performance, scalability, and operability.
Drive measurable improvements in developer experience and platform NPS across the enterprise.
Mentor and coach engineering teams to strengthen technical expertise and knowledge sharing.
Partner with leadership to align technical strategy with business priorities across lines of business.

What we're looking for

At least 9 years of experience in Enterprise architecture and design patterns on front end technologies like Angular and React.
At least 9 years of experience in Software engineering, solution architecture, and Software specializations.
At least 7 years of experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
At least 7 years of experience in Web technologies including Javascript, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks.
Experience with full ML development lifecycle using AI and ML frameworks.
Experience designing and building distributed HPC and ML systems.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
