What you'll do

  • Define and drive the technical vision for the enterprise web platform ecosystem.
  • Lead architectural decisions for large-scale platform integrations and migrations.
  • Establish AI-native development standards, including agentic tooling and machine-consumable architecture.
  • Decompose complex problems into practical, operational solutions with high-quality technical designs.
  • Serve as an authoritative expert on non-functional characteristics like performance, scalability, and operability.
  • Drive measurable improvements in developer experience and platform NPS across the organization.
  • Mentor and coach engineering teams to strengthen technical expertise and knowledge sharing.
  • Align technical strategy with business priorities in partnership with product and design leadership.

What we're looking for

  • At least 9 years of experience in Enterprise architecture and design patterns on front end technologies like Angular and React.
  • At least 9 years of experience in Software engineering, solution architecture, and Software specializations.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
  • At least 7 years of experience in Web technologies including Javascript, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks.
  • Experience in full ML development lifecycle using AI and ML frameworks.
  • Experience designing and building distributed HPC and ML systems.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
