What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience.
8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
4+ years of experience with open-source technologies such as Kubernetes.
Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies including Knative, KEDA, ArgoCD, and Istio/Service Mesh.
Experience with Azure Cloud services, infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, and serverless compute platforms.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Go, Python, Java, C#.NET, or PowerShell.
Proven experience designing and operating large-scale PaaS or cloud-native platforms in production.
Experience with GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools.
