What you'll do

Design and deliver AI-enabled and agentic AI solutions for employee lifecycle processes and legal operations.
Build scalable, AI-powered applications and integrations using AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
Implement GenAI capabilities to automate processes and improve efficiency across Actuarial platforms.
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of robust software solutions across multiple technologies.
Develop and integrate intelligent automation workflows and prompt-driven development techniques.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers by providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the stability and performance of critical systems.
Modernize existing platforms through cloud integration, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in software development.
Expertise in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or Go.
Strong experience building full-stack applications using Angular, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management tools.
