What you'll do

Manage DevSecOps practices including CI/CD automation and Kubernetes container orchestration.

What we're looking for

10 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer and/or solution architect.
Proven expertise in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Spring, NodeJS/NestJS, and microservices architecture with REST or Spring frameworks.
Proficient in Cloud Architecture and Core AWS services including VPC, Lambda, EKS, S3, and Terraform.
Experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD automation (Jenkins Core and GitOps preferred), and container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
Experience in engineering large-scale web applications with a focus on security, reliability, and performance efficiency.
Experience leading the lifecycle of multiple concurrent solutions through architecture definition, POC creation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of life insurance digital ecosystems, including underwriting and compliance.
Experience in designing systems for Term Life Insurance operations is a plus (preferred).
