Staff Electrical Engineer

What you'll do

• Architect and develop complex PCB and electrical subsystem designs for high-performance compute, storage, and sensor interfaces.
• Lead designs for high-current power architectures, high-speed digital interfaces, Signal Integrity (SI), and Power Integrity (PI).
• Perform circuit analysis, component selection, schematic development, and PCB design reviews from concept through production.
• Lead hardware bring-up, characterization, and root-cause analysis of circuit, power, and EMI/EMC failures using laboratory equipment.
• Define interfaces and resolve system-level dependencies with cross-functional hardware, firmware, and software teams.
• Manage production readiness by overseeing DFM/DFA, DFMEA, engineering changes, and supplier strategies.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering methodologies to raise the technical bar for the hardware team.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience designing and developing complex electrical hardware.
• Demonstrated track record of independently leading board-level or electrical subsystem designs from concept through production.
• Deep understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics with hands-on experience in schematic design, component selection, and PCB development.
• Expertise in hardware bring-up, electrical characterization, and root-cause analysis using advanced laboratory equipment.
• Experience developing hardware for autonomous vehicles, robotics, aerospace, or other demanding embedded systems (preferred).
• Extensive experience with high-speed interfaces like PCIe, Automotive Ethernet, and GMSL/FPD-Link (preferred).
• Experience with automotive standards such as CISPR 25, ISO 16750, and LV124 (preferred).
