What you'll do

Serve as the technical lead for the electrical engineering team.
Create embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking.
Manage the full PCB development cycle for host boards supporting FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs.
Develop and improve workflows for the FPGA and HDL design cycles.
Establish a scalable strategy for rolling out compute solutions across the company.
Create and communicate detailed product development schedules to ensure team deadlines are met.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
15+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs in military, automotive, or similar hardware.
Experience leading an Electrical Engineering team focused on Digital Design.
Proficiency in an HDL language such as VHDL or Verilog.
Familiarity with common MCU, CPU, FPGA devices, and standard interfaces like Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and USB.
Experience in design for signal integrity/power integrity and knowledge of modern analog and digital electronics.
Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools and competence with test equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Understanding of DO standards, MIL-STD standards, computer networking, and enhanced security measures (preferred).
