What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of analytics experience, a Master's degree and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience.
Must have proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
Must be proficient in Python programming and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau.
Must have strong knowledge of data management, data quality standards, and data governance principles.
Must have experience with exploratory data analysis and big data analytics across structured and unstructured datasets.
Must be skilled in deploying and scaling models in production environments with continuous performance monitoring.
Must have experience with recommendation systems.
Preferred to have a PhD in a related field and successful completion of assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R (preferred).
