What we're looking for

Master’s degree in a quantitative field and 2 years of analytics experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of analytics experience.
Experience using SQL to extract data and perform analysis.
Experience using Python to build ML models and perform complex analysis.
Experience using Tableau to create dashboards for visualizing key metrics.
Experience utilizing A/B testing methodologies and quasi-experimental techniques to evaluate product launches.
Experience performing ETL operations to create structured tables from raw, unclean data sources.
Experience developing Machine Learning models to predict customer behavior and recommend spending strategies.
Experience defining KPIs such as activation, retention, churn, and feature adoption.
