What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4 years of experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2: Master's degree in a quantitative field and 2 years of experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3: 6 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
Proven expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and working with complex datasets.
Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Ability to develop scalable analytical frameworks, predictive models, and automated solutions.
Ability to mentor data scientists and establish analytical best practices.
PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics (preferred).
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R (preferred).
Experience using open source frameworks such as scikit learn, tensorflow, or torch (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
