What you'll do

  • Translate ambiguous marketing problems into analytical frameworks, metric trees, and testable hypotheses to shape the CRM roadmap.
  • Apply causal inference and counterfactual reasoning to isolate the true drivers of customer retention and engagement.
  • Design and execute complex experiments, including quasi-experiments and holdouts, when traditional A/B testing is not feasible.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer journeys and segments to identify high-leverage opportunities for personalization.
  • Build and maintain data products, dashboards, and GenAI-powered tools to enable self-service analytics for marketing teams.
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases for journey orchestration while establishing rigorous evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic systems.
  • Automate recurring analytical bottlenecks into trusted agentic systems with encoded business logic and monitoring.
  • Communicate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for Director- and VP-level stakeholders across multiple departments.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in data science and analytics with a track record of driving strategy in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth.
  • Experience building and owning predictive models through their full lifecycle including classification, regression, and propensity.
  • Proven success designing complex experiments beyond A/B testing using causal inference, holdouts, and quasi-experiments.
  • Deep expertise in customer segmentation, journey analytics, and experimentation design while balancing statistical rigor with business speed.
  • Fluency in SQL and a statistical programming language like Python or R to build data products and harden pipelines.
  • Ability to use AI-native tools to plan, implement, and synthesize analyses for non-deterministic systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience with CRM platforms, owned-channel measurement, and journey-level measurement (preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing mix models and multi-touch attribution (preferred).
