- 6+ years of industry experience in applied science or data science for Ph.D. holders.
- Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and expertise in measurement, identity resolution, or predictive modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and statistical programming using Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning, optimization techniques, causal inference, or A/B testing methodologies.
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights and influence cross-functional product and engineering partners.
