What you'll do

Lead the technical design and implementation of decision support and analytics solutions using DE&I platforms.
Design and oversee analytics pipelines and data models for dashboards, reports, and analytic services.
Establish standards for data modeling, dashboard design, visualization patterns, and performance optimization.
Conduct technical trade studies and design reviews to assess feasibility, scalability, and maintainability of new capabilities.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to engineers on tools, patterns, and techniques.
Prepare technical content for leadership briefings regarding analytic architectures, performance results, and limitations.
Serve as a technical resource to advise teams on using DS&A capabilities to solve program problems.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP approval.
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Four additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing analytics and decision support solutions that deliver actionable insights via dashboards or reports.
Strong background in data integration, analytics pipelines, and applying statistical or ML/AI techniques to real-world problems.
Experience acting as a technical lead on multi-component analytics solutions integrating data, software, and visualization.
Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) access (preferred).
