What you'll do

Create test plans, procedures, and hardware designs for high-power ASIC products using advanced process technologies.
Perform silicon design verification, debug functional issues, and analyze electrical parameters against design simulations.
Identify optimization opportunities for tests and hardware designs by evaluating device performance across various conditions.
Troubleshoot complex product design issues and document solutions for internal teams.
Act as a technical lead on large projects, managing deliverables and cross-functional coordination across different locations.
Conduct specialized analyses including signal integrity, power integrity, and feasibility studies.
Identify unique hardware components or functions that are eligible for IP patent filings.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers on design, testing, and documentation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
8+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience is preferred.
2+ years of experience with hardware design and measurement instruments like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
1+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Ability to perform advanced data analysis, interpretation, and troubleshooting for complex product designs.
Proficiency in communicating complex information to diverse audiences and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
