Staff AI Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Map marketing workflows to identify high-volume, repeatable steps for AI agent automation.
• Write business cases, define success metrics, and prioritize projects based on expected value.
• Build and integrate AI agents into data warehouses, marketing platforms, and creative tooling.
• Write evaluations and build test harnesses to determine if agent outputs meet shipping standards.
• Track post-launch performance metrics including cost, latency, failure rates, and quality drift.
• Design end-to-end workflows that chain marketing, legal, finance, and sales processes together.
• Develop self-improving agents using learning loops and determine where human-in-the-loop intervention is required.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics or a related technical field (preferred).
• Strong product management fundamentals including customer empathy, structured problem solving, and prioritization.
• Experience shipping internal and external products to large numbers of customers.
• Ability to decompose end-to-end business processes into reliable steps for AI agents.
• Experience writing production agent logic and building test harnesses/evals for AI systems.
• Ability to design prompts, workflows, and autonomous coding processes for complex, multi-step tasks.
• Working fluency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL (preferred).
• Familiarity with systems architecture, APIs, webhooks, and AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain (preferred).
